4 Healthy Ways to Spice Up Your Oatmeal

Spring is just around the corner and soon we’ll be making the switch from our warm and cozy favorites to cool and refreshing meals. As winter winds down you may be getting tired of your same old breakfast routine. We can all get stuck in breakfast ruts, but thanks to these recipes from a few of our favorite nutritionists, we’ll survive these last few weeks of winter.

Oatmeal may sound boring to some but there are so many ways you can spice it up! Adding in some flax with your morning meal is a good way to boost omega-3s (great for mood!) and fiber (digestion!), helping to keep you full until your next meal. Give these a try and tag us in your photos to let us know what you think!
