Ingredients
- 2/3 cup basil
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 2 cups kale
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 1/2 cup Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole-Milled Flaxseed
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Add basil, oil, kale, and garlic to food processor.
 - Add flaxseed, lemon juice, and water.
 - Blend until smooth. This pesto will be creamy! Spread on toast and top with tomatoes or use on pasta.
