- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 packed cup of spinach
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup Manitoba Milling Co. Unsweetened Flax Milk
- 1/2 cup lite coconut beverage
- 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole-Milled Flaxseed

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
