Ingredients

  • ¼ ripe avocado
  • 2 medium ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 handful fresh kale thick stems removed
  • 2 cups Manitoba Milling flax beverage

Flavorful options:

  • ½ tsp fresh thyme and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Drizzle of real maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
