Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- ¼ ripe avocado
- 2 medium ripe bananas sliced and frozen
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 handful fresh kale thick stems removed
- 2 cups almond milk or other unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp. Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Milled Flaxseed
Flavorful options:
- ½ tsp fresh thyme and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Drizzle of real maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
