  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Milled Flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp quick-cooking oats
  • Dash of cinnamon
