Strawberry Banana Shake
This summer smoothie recipe is the perfect summer treat or snack. It is naturally sweet and refreshing.
We made this strawberry banana shake recipe with kefir (a fermented, drinkable yogurt), but you could also use yogurt or milk (try it with our Unsweetened or Vanilla Flax Milk!).
The kefir offers probiotics and our flaxseed provides a source of prebiotics that feed the good bacteria in your gut.
There is no added sugar in this smoothie but it is naturally sweetened banana and strawberries.

Ingredients
- 1 banana small-medium
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup kefir (or yogurt or milk – plant-based or dairy)
- 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
