Back to School Flax Overnight Oats
Are you looking for an easy back to school recipe for the kids? These flax overnight oats are the perfect fit!

ToggleIngredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Milled Flaxseed (shop on Amazon!)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup Manitoba Milling Co. Flax Milk
Optional Add-Ins:
Nuts
Nut Butters
Yogurt
Grated Carrots or Zucchini
Apple chunks
(or try some of these flavor combos)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Stir to combine.
2. Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
3. Eat it cold or reheat in the morning. Grab it and go for an easy on the go breakfast.
Tips:
Make a few early in the week to save for breakfast for the next few days. Or make one for each family member to save time on busy mornings.
