Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1 1/2 Cups Cubed Apples
- 1/2 Cup Plant Based Milk Try our Flax Milk!
- 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until combined.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
