In a medium bowl, mix together the flaxseed and flax beverage until combined.
Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
Divide mixture into four and form each section into a patty (slightly larger than your hamburger bun).
Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat. Turn when edges start to brown and burger releases easily. Cook time will be ~4 minutes on either side.
Once the internal temperature reaches 160℉, remove from heat and serve immediately.
