Orange Creamsicle Smoothie with Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Fiber
Give this healthy Orange Creamsicle Smoothie a try! It is a great source of potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C, and fiber.

1 banana, frozen
1 orange, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup coconut milk (or Manitoba Milling Co. Flax Milk)
1/2 cup sweet potato, diced, skin on
1.5 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole-Milled Flaxseed
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
- Add the diced sweet potato to a small microwave safe bowl. Add just enough water to cover. Steam in the microwave for 1 minute to help soften the potato. Strain the water and add the softened potato to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients in blender until combined.
- Pour in a glass, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
*Tip: Double the recipe and pour in popsicle molds to make Orange Creamsicle Popsicles.
