Ingredients
- 1 large banana frozen
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt (use non dairy if needed)
- 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 20 oz.
