Green Smoothie

¼ ripe avocado

2 medium ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 handfuls fresh spinach

1 handful fresh kale (thick stems removed)

2 cups almond milk or other unsweetened non-dairy milk

2 tbsp. Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Milled Flaxseed

Flavorful options:

  • ½ tsp fresh thyme and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Drizzle of real maple syrup for sweetness

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
