Ingredients
- 1 cup Manitoba Milling Co. Unsweetened Flax Milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Milled Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp quick-cooking oats
- Dash of cinnamon
