Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cubed Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Manitoba Milling Co. Unsweetened Flax Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until combined.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
