Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup Manitoba Milling Flax Milk vanilla or unsweetened
  • your choice of toppings chocolate chips, dried fruit, spices, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or small food storage container. Mix to combine.
  • Refrigerate the night before (or for a least 2 hours) and they will be ready in the morning. 

Notes

If you prefer, you can also microwave this recipe to eat immediately.
Meal Prep Tip - Prep 3-4 jars early in the week, place in the fridge and enjoy an easy, on the go breakfast each morning.
