Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Manitoba Milling Flax Milk, Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in shot glasses, cocktail glasses, or mini dessert bowls.
