Gluten Free Flaxseed and Oat Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2-3 peaches fresh, halved and pit removed
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup Manitoba Milling Co. Whole-Milled Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • In a small baking dish, arrange peach halves flesh side up.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, oats, flaxseed, sugars, salt, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  • Divide butter mixture between peach halves and gently pack down so filling adheres to peaches.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown and peaches are fork tender.
  • Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
