Preheat the oven to 400℉.
In a small baking dish, arrange peach halves flesh side up.
In a small bowl, combine butter, oats, flaxseed, sugars, salt, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
Divide butter mixture between peach halves and gently pack down so filling adheres to peaches.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown and peaches are fork tender.
Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
