Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt (use non dairy if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp Manitoba Milling Co. Smooth Whole Milled Flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 20 oz.
